Every garment is professionally embroidered to order, ensuring the highest standards of quality before it leaves our workshop.


Order Processing

As all of our personalised NHS clothing is custom embroidered, every order is individually prepared before dispatch.

Typical processing times are:

  • Non-personalised items: Usually dispatched within 1–2 working days.
  • Personalised NHS uniforms and embroidered clothing: Normally dispatched within 3–7 working days, depending on order size and embroidery requirements.

During particularly busy periods, processing may take a little longer. If this happens, our customer service team will keep you updated.

Every order is quality checked before leaving our workshop to ensure your personalised healthcare workwear meets our high standards.

Royal Mail Delivery

Once your order has been completed and passed our quality inspection, it will be securely packaged and dispatched using Royal Mail.

Available delivery options are shown during checkout and may include:

  • Royal Mail 24
  • Royal Mail 48
  • Other Royal Mail services (where available)

Estimated delivery times are provided by Royal Mail and should be used as a guide only.


Delivery Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on:

  • Parcel size
  • Delivery location
  • Selected Royal Mail service

There are no hidden delivery charges.


Order Confirmation & Dispatch

After placing your order you will receive:

  • An order confirmation email.
  • A dispatch confirmation email once your personalised NHS clothing has been shipped.

If tracking is available for your chosen delivery service, your tracking details will also be included.


Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your purchase.

Unfortunately, Careline Direct cannot accept responsibility for delayed or lost deliveries resulting from incorrect address information supplied during checkout.

If you notice an address error after ordering, please contact us immediately. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we'll do our best to update your delivery details.


Lost or Delayed Deliveries

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us.

Our customer service team will work directly with Royal Mail to investigate any delayed or missing parcels and keep you informed throughout the process.

Where appropriate, we'll arrange a replacement or suitable resolution in accordance with our delivery and refund policies.
