Can I request an urgent NHS uniform order?

what happens if I've entered the wrong embroidery details?

Please check all personalisation carefully before completing your order.

As personalised garments are custom embroidered specifically for you, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for customer spelling or personalisation errors once embroidery has begun.

If you notice a mistake shortly after placing your order, contact us immediately. If production has not started, we'll do our best to amend your order.


Can I return personalised NHS clothing?

Because personalised NHS uniforms are custom embroidered, returns are only accepted if:

  • Your item arrives faulty.
  • Your order has been damaged during delivery.
  • The wrong product has been supplied.
  • The garment has not yet been personalised.
