What types of clothing do you offer?

We specialise in high-quality clothing for healthcare professionals, including:

  • Personalised NHS fleeces

  • Custom NHS hoodies

  • Embroidered staff uniforms

  • Bespoke tunics for healthcare teams

Each item can be personalised with your trust, department, or team name.


Can I personalise my order?

Yes!
Most of our products allow for custom embroidery, including:

  • Department names

  • Team names

  • Trust names

  • Personal names (where appropriate)

Please double-check spelling when placing your order, as personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty.


How long does delivery take?

  • Stock items (non-personalised) are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days.

  • Personalised items typically take an additional few working days for embroidery before dispatch.

If there are any delays, we will contact you as soon as possible.


What if I need my order urgently?

If you need your items quickly, please get in touch with us before ordering.
We’ll do our best to prioritise urgent requests wherever possible.


What happens if I make a mistake on my personalisation?

Please check all personalisation details carefully before submitting your order.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for errors provided by the customer once embroidery has been completed.

If you spot a mistake shortly after ordering, please contact us immediately, we may be able to correct it if work has not yet started.


Can I return or exchange my order?

Because most of our products are personalised, we can only accept returns if the item:

  • Arrives faulty or damaged

  • Is significantly different from the order placed

  • has not been personalised

What sizes are available?

Most of our clothing comes in a full range of sizes, from XS to 4XL depending on the item.
You can find sizing information on each product page.

How do I care for my embroidered clothing?

To keep your garments looking their best:

  • Machine wash inside out at 30°C

  • Avoid tumble drying if possible

  • Do not iron directly over embroidery

Always refer to the care label provided with your item.


Do you supply group or team orders?

Yes!
We regularly supply personalised clothing for entire departments and teams.
